If your Aloma.com order never arrived then it may be due to a shipping carrier error. If your product was ordered with UPS then try Tracking your order before you contact us as it may still be in route. WHAT IS A WISH LIST?
  • What is a Wish List?
    A Wish list allows you to keep track of items you would like to purchase at a later date or perhaps receive as a gift from someone by E-mailing your Wish List to them.
  • How do I create a Wish List?
    An Aloma.com Wish List can be created in two ways. You can click the Save to Wish List link on any product detail page and then sign up as a new customer. Or you can visit the Wish List page directly and sign up for a Wish List there.
  • How do I Email my Wish List to someone?
    What is better than getting your favorite Shim or Alignment item and have someone else pay for it? To Email your entire Aloma.com Wish List to someone login on the Wish List page and click the Email Wish List Link.

HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING?
For every order shipped we charge a $1.00 handling and boxing fee. COD orders incur a $6.00 COD fee. All other costs are calculated automatically by the carrier and displayed on your order before checkout. If the real-time shipping calculator is malfunctioning and you would like to get a shipping quote feel free to Contact Us.

Note: Occasionally our carriers miscalculate the cost of shipping our products and we are required to make adjustments in the shipping amount on your order. Aloma reserves the right to modify the shipping charges and add COD and insurance fees, if applicable, to any order that did not calculate properly.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
To determine when your order will arrive consider this formula:

Shipping Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time

Shipping Time is the time it takes between placing an order at Aloma.com and the time that product leaves our warehouse. This time can be affected by stock availability. In-stock items ship the same or next business day and backorder items ship when manufactured. If you choose to split your shipments between in-stock and backordered items there may be additional shipping charges applied.

Shipping Method is the shipping format you choose upon checkout at Aloma.com. For more information about shipping method time-in-transit visit the carrier's website.

WHAT IS THE ALOMA.COM RETURN POLICY?
  1. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your product's shipping date. If you are unsure of your product's shipping date you may have a copy of your invoice Emailed to you.
  2. Only unopened, unused items may be returned. Any damaged item (including those damaged due to poor packaging) will result in a rejected return. All items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  3. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on packaging and/or paperwork.
  4. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  5. Shipping charges associated with returns or refused packages for any reason are strictly the responsibility of the sender.
  6. Products that are returned to that do not qualify for a credit or refund will be returned at the customer's expense. If a product is returned that has been used in any way it will be returned at the customer's expense.
  7. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
  8. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.

SECURE SHOPPING
We make every effort and follow industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of each user's personal information. All credit card information you submit is encrypted through our Verisign secure server software (SSL). When you conduct a transaction on our site or when you log into your account, we encrypt all of your credit card information and store that information in our secure data center. All of the credit card data is automatically deleted 30 days after your transaction for your own protection. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Due to the speed of our customer and order processing your credit card will be validated and charged upon order checkout. Items will ship right away and backordered items will also be charged upon checkout. If there is an unreasonable delay in fulfilling your order, your credit card will be refunded until the time of shipment.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT APPEAR ON MY ACCOUNT?
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and a decision will be made on whether to issue a credit and the credit amount. If a credit is awarded, those orders placed with a credit card will be refunded to the card account. All other credits will be issued by company check within four business days and mailed via the United States Post Office.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Aloma.com charges sales tax only for orders shipped to the State of Pennsylvania. On PA shipments a 7.0% sales tax will be added automatically to your order. If you are tax exempt in the State of PA, please fax your exempt certificate to 412-828-7280. We will promptly credit your account.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT FOR REPAIR?
If you have purchased a Rom-A-Lign Unit from Aloma.com you may be eligible for repair. To ensure that you are eligible for repair, please be sure to follow the procedures outlined below.

WHAT IS LIVE ASSISTANCE?
At Aloma.com we utilize a pro-active Live Assistance program that is at the forefront of modern technology. Our Live representatives are able to monitor our customers as they browse the site and approach those customers who seem to need assistance much like at a retail store.
